JF010ESPRV it's oversized valve, reamer and VB-FIX tool are required for installation. If you want install valve without reamer - you need OEMJF011-12, yes.

Are JF010ESPRV and 113741-17K also used in the Secondary Pulley Control Valve position of jf010? The difference between the two is that JF010ESPRV can be installed directly 113741-17K requires the use of a reamer?

Hello, now we don't have reamers for this valves. Check this link, it's drop-in valves, you can install them without reamer, just need polish bore.
